Author Bio
After a career in the Royal Navy, Bill Anderson joined the RYA in 1972 to redesign the Yachtmaster courses. In that time he was first Cruising Secretary and then Training Manager. He has been a small boat sailor for over 50 years, and regularly cruises to France and the Mediterranean.
