Author Bio
Elspeth Thompson is a journalist and author of many popular books including Urban Gardener, The New Country Garden, A Tale of Two Gardens and The New Decorated Garden. Jean Sturgis trained as a painter at the Slade School of Art. She has exhibited in London, Edinburgh and her native Cumbria. Her watercolours for Rosemary Verey's Garden Plans and Penelope Hobhouse On Gardening received universal acclaim.
