Media Reviews
The gentle illustrations and evocative text combine to make a story of sadness and yearning, but in the end, real pleasure Carousel A heart-warming tale...the story is well written, with mystery and excitement, and a wonderfully happy ending. The beautiful illustrations are highly atmospheric, and it is the perfect tale for a cold wintry night School Librarian The story has a poignant innocence, as well as a heart-warming ending. The bold illustrations enhance the text beautifully. www.booktrustchildrensbooks.org.uk
