Author Bio
David Stevens FSGD, Fl Hort, is one of the best-known garden designers in the world. Professor of Garden Design at Middlesex University, David and his team design gardens in all parts of the globe, from expansive estates to tiny backyards. A winner of many medals at the Chelsea Flower Show and elsewhere, he is the author of 21 books on landscape and garden design as well as a number of bestselling garden videos. In 1985 he was appointed Governor of Capel Manor College of Horticulture in North London and in 1992 was appointed by the Royal Horticultural Society to serve on their Shows Committee. He also sits on the Board of the Royal National Rose Society. David is now an established television and radio personality with regular appearances on Gardeners' World.
