Synopsis

State cop Bill Tasker's past problems pale in comparison with what's about to happen to him. A satchel with a million and a half in skimmed money is about to go walking. A phoney community activist has decided to cash in, and a local FBI agent has his eyes on the prize but it's Tasker who ends up framed for the whole thing. He is also a former member of a special operations team, which handled unusal situations such as Hurricane Andrew and the Miami riots. He was also a deputy marshal and an agent with the Drug Enforcement Administration. He lives in Salt Worth, Florida.
