  Marshal Clem Everett is summoned to Austin by Governor Hyrma Sloane to track down a ruthless gang of outlaws led by the infamous Black Bill Bodie. His mission is to recover a valuable document that Bodie has stolen on its way through the arid prairie. But Everett knows something that Sloane does not: Bodie is said to be the fastest draw alive.
