Aurora

Aurora

by Glover Wright (Author)

Synopsis

When Tom Mathison MD enters a solitary house at the mouth of Death Valley and hears the dying words of a man officially declared dead forty years before, he is plunged into a world of conspiracy and sudden death. Facing execution by sinister government agents in California's searing desert, hunted mercilessly from Lousiana swampland to Florida Keys, Mathison's headlong flight with Corrina Vincenti the woman fate has bound him to protect, leads relentlessly to Washington. There it seems the President's intervention alone can save their lives...but the heart of the conspiracy beats within the White House itself. This is a conspiracy five-decades old, born of a solemn vow made by each incumbent president never to allow, at any cost, the revelation of America's greatest secret lying buried and protected with deadly force deep beneath Nevada's mysterious Area 51. It is an awesome secret every human on earth might kill for and its keepers are sworn to die rather than betray it. AURORA was its name.

Media Reviews
'One of the most remarkable and also quite terrifying thrillers I have read in a very long time. It reminds me of Ludlum at his best. Start it and you won't go to bed until it's finished.' Jack Higgins
