Poem for the Day Two

Poem for the Day Two

by Nicholas Albery (Author), Nick Temple (Author), Stephanie Wienrich (Author)

Synopsis

This is a new anthology of well-loved poems, old and new. They are chosen for their narrative and their rhythm, as one of the ideas behind the anthology is that the poems can be learned by heart. There is one poem for each day of the year, framed by entertaining snippets of information - sometimes about the poet, sometimes about the poem, sometimes about the date.

Author Bio
Poem for the Day was the brain-child of Nicholas Albery, one of the most colourful and charismatic figures in 'alternative' world - his interests ranged from social inventions to a 'greener' environment. After his tragic death in a car crash, a Foundation was created in his memory. The staff of the Nicholas Albery Foundation have completed the work on Poem for the Day Two, which he started off.
