  There is currently no published text for GPs on the management of Alxheimer's Disease, one of the major neurodegenerative diseases. This book will provide both up-to-date information on the epidemiology and aetiology of the disease, and a full clinical picture with details on diagnosis and management options, including pharmacological and non-drug (psychological) therapies. Management of the disease from the primary care angle will be discussed, reflecting the current changes within the NHS structure.
