Author Bio
Susan E. Jackson is Professor of Human Resource Management and Doctoral Program Director for the School of Management and Labor Relations at Rutgers University. Her publications cover a variety of topics, including strategic human resource management, work team dynamic, workforce diversity, and stress and burnout. She has served as the editor of the Academy of Management Review and as President of the Academy of Management's Division of Organizational Behavior; and is a member of the Board of Governors for the Center for Creative Leadership.

Randall S. Schuler is Director at the Center for the Study of the Global Workforce at Rutgers University. He has authored a number of successful titles in the area as well as being advisory editor on the Blackwell Dictionary of Organizational Behavior (Blackwell 1996). He's an active guest lecturer at universities around the world, including LBS, Singapore Institute of Management, Manchester Business School, IMD, University of Zurich, and University of New South Wales, and also past editor of the Human Resource Planning Society's journal, Human Resource Planning.
