Cary L. Cooper is Professor of Organizational Psychology and Pro Vice Chancellor of UMIST. He is editor of the Journal of Organizational Behaviour and Fellow of the BPS, RSA and RSM.
Adrian Wilkinson is Lecturer in Human Resource Management at Manchester School of Management at UMIST. He has written extensively on HRM and industrial relations, including books, monographs and over 80 articles. Apart from TQM his research interests are employee involvement, business strategy and its links with the management of human resources and HRM in financial services.
