Author Bio

Celebrity chef and cookery school doyenne Rosemary Shrager has worked with some of the world's top chefs including Pierre Koffmann and Jean-Christophe Novelli. Rosemary's popular TV shows include Royal Upstairs, Downstairs (BBC2), the Alan Titchmarsh Show and This Morning (both ITV1), and Ladette to Lady on ITV and Network 9 (Australia). In 2012 she was a contestant on ITV1's I'm a Celebrity, Get Me Out of Here! and BBC1's Let's Dance for Comic Relief. After years of teaching in Scotland and North Yorkshire, she opened Rosemary Shrager's Cookery School in Royal Tunbridge Wells, Kent, in 2013.
