  This series consists of books ranging from elementary to intermediate level and is designed for older teenagers and adults. The units are designed to last for a 50 minute lesson and the materials have been designed for maximum flexibility so they can be used to supplement a coursebook or to construct programmes tailored to particular needs. This textbook contains 16 exercises based on reading texts which have been taken from a variety of sources, such as newspapers, magazines, literature and advertisements etc. The text is accompanied by tasks designed to develop the student's reading skills, comprehension, vocabulary and grammar.
