Author Bio
Steve Marsh is the Director of European Union Studies at Cardiff University and also lectures across a range of undergraduate and postgraduate courses in the European Union. He has co-authored an undergraduate textbook on post-war American foreign policy for Routledge as part of their Making of the Contemporary World series and is to be published in September 2000.

is Professor of International Business at the Fachhochschule Aachen in Germany.
