Synopsis

It was premiered as part of the Official Competition at the 1992 Cannes Film Festival. "Trust" is a provocative comedy of suburban middle America. A young woman struggles to gain a sense of her own self-worth through the discovery that it may be possible to trust another person. It won "Best Screenplay" at the 1991 Sundance Film Festival.
