John Barton is Oriel and Laing Professor of the Interpretation of Holy Scripture at the University of Oxford, UK. Peter Groves studied for his DPhil at New College, Oxford, UK, and is currently Parish Priest of St Mary Magdalen Church, Oxford, UK.
