At the beginning of the atlas is a 48-page travel section, including maps of time zones, major work air routes and climate, plus a world gazzetteer for 60 of the world's most notable countries, with key information for travellers on specific entry requirements, currencies, languages, medical advice, and international telephone dialling codes. There are 20 city plans, and the index lists all major towns and cities, as well as geographical features such as mountains, rivers and lakes.
