Author Bio
Michael Roberts is a Melbourne-based journalist, author and sports historian. He has written or edited around a dozen books, the two most recent being The Barrackers Are Shouting - Stories of Collingwood From the Grandstand, and 50 Years of Australian Television. His favourite sporting moments were watching Collingwood win the 1990 Premiership, cheering on the Socceroos as they beat Japan at the World Cup in Germany and going crazy in Bay 13 over Dennis Lillee's last-ball dismissal of Viv Richards at the 'G in 1981-82.
