Stephen Pereira is Lead Consultant Psychiatrist at Goodmayes Hospital, Essex. Carol Paton is Chief Pharmacist, Oxleas NHS Foundation Trust and Honorary Research Fellow at the Department of Psychological Medicine, Imperial College, London.
