He is the author of Implementing Six Sigma (Wiley). JAMES M. CUPELLO, PhD, is a research biophysicist at the United States Air Force Research Laboratory, a senior member of the American Society for Quality (ASQ), and an ASQ Certified Quality Engineer (CQE).
