Author Bio
DAN CHANG and DAN HARKEY are both professors at San Jose State University's CORBA/Java Distributed Objects Master's program and lab where they are early adopters of many of the tools and products discussed in this book. Dan Chang works at IBM's Database Technology Institute, focused in the area of client/server Java and Web data access, interchange, and warehousing. Dan Harkey is a distributed objects consultant for IBM and Robert Orfali's coauthor on four bestselling titles, including Client/Server Programming with Java and CORBA, Second Edition; Essential Client/Server Survival Guide, Second Edition; Essential Distributed Objects Survival Guide; and Instant CORBA.
