Author Bio
MICHAEL H. BRACKETT is the Data Resource Coordinator for the State of Washington Department of Information. He has been in the data processing field for more than three decades, during which he developed many innovative concepts and techniques for designing applications and managing a data resource. He works closely with DRMA and DAMA, and is a well-known author and speaker on data design. His other books include Data Sharing Using a Common Data Architecture (Wiley) and Practical Data Design.
