  The world wide web (WWW) is a collection of Internet networks that use hypertext, and recently Mosaic, to link together databases, text, files and other network resources. When writing a document on the WWW, it must be written in a special language called HTML, which stands for Hyper Text Markup Language. This unique language enables the user to read a document by simply clicking on a specially marked word to get access to related documents on the web.
