Author Bio
Peter Wallace is the Singapore Practice Leader for Ernst & Young's Global Financial Services Group. In his current role he provides audit and advisory services to a number of the world's most respected financial institutions. He also provides a range of corporate governance services to major Asian corporates in the areas of board and director assessment, internal audit re-engineering, risk management and director training. He has written and spoken widely on various corporate governance topics including contributing a series on corporate governance to one of the Singapore national newspapers. He currently sits on the Advisory Board for the Corporate Governance and Financial Reporting Centre of the National University of Singapore's Business School. John Zinkin has 33 years of experience in business, 19 in Asia. He has held top management positions in major multinational marketing, manufacturing and consulting companies. He is currently Associate Professor of Marketing and Strategy and the Director of Corporate Affairs at Nottingham University Business School, Malaysia Campus. He is also the Managing Director of Zinkin Ettinger Sdn Bhd, which specializes in brand positioning, change management, change communication and marketing strategy. Recent clients include leading companies in oil and gas, banking, forestry, IT, advertising, ceramics and apparel. He has run a number of workshops on Corporate Governance and Corporate Social Responsibility for directors of Malaysian public listed companies, as well as organizing conferences on CSR in the Asia Pacific region. He has contributed regular articles for leading Malaysian business publications, and is the author of What CEO's Must Do to Succeed published in 2003.
