Shernoff is associate professor in the Department of Leadership, Educational Psychology, and Foundations at Northern Illinois University. Charles H. Hooker, an attorney at Kilpatrick Stockton LLP, conducted research on human development, shared leadership, and group mentoring while working on the GoodWork Project.
