Bill Dow, PMP, is a published author, PMP Certified Project Management Professional, with more than 18 years in Information Technology, specializing in software development and project management. This included branch offices in France and Australia. Over the past 40+ years, he has conducted many project management classes and seminars throughout the United States, Canada, Europe, Japan, Australia, South America, and the Near and Far East.
