Author Bio
Joseph Hair Jr. is Professor of Marketing at Kennesaw State University. Arthur Money is Professor of Management and Director of the School of Projects, Processes and Systems at Henley Management College. He is also Director of the Henley Research Development Fund. Phillip Samouel is Professor of Business Economics and Dean of the Faculty of Business and Law at Kingston University. Mike Page is Professor of Business Administration and Dean of Post Experience programme at the RSM Erasmus University. He is also the executive director of the Rotterdam School of Management B.V.
