Author Bio
This book and CD are the result of a collaborative project between the Institute of Sound and Vibration Research and the Wessex Cardiac Centre. Dr Bill Collis and Dr Leung have led the technical side of the material on the CD while Dr Salmon and Dr Brown have authored the book and provided clinical input to the CD.

Both Drs Salmon and Brown are new authors.
