Synopsis

This is a book of 120 practice data interpretation questions and answers to help candidates prepare for this section of the MRCP Part II (Paeds) examination. Answers are explained and reflect the marking system. All common laboratory results are represented and the range of topics is wide. Questions are grouped randomly into mock papers to simulate the exam situation. The MRCP part II (Paeds) includes a 45 min 'data interpretation section' consisting of 10 laboratory results eg ECGs, EEGs, audiograms etc. The candidate will be asked to give likely diagnosis(es) and further investigations required.
