Synopsis

'LET'S KNOCK THIS BALL ABOUT AND MAKE THE BLUES START CHASING SHADOWS!' Tom is bored on the family holiday by the seaside - until he meets Leo, a mysterious barefoot boy who invites Tom to take part in a six-a-side soccer tournament on the beach. The rest of the team are dead weird too: the Claw (a long-fingered goalie), the Shrimp (a nimble defender), Eel (the tallest, thinnest boy Tom has ever met) - and especially Torpedo, who has such a temper he can go off bang any minute! Even stranger, not one of them has a shadow in the sun!
