  This second edition updates aspects of patient management, particularly for those who have had psychotic illnesses and have some continued long-term disability. The chapter on the Mental Health Act has been completely revised, and those aspects of treatment which have changed within the decade, particularly alterations in types of medication and their usage have been updated.
