  This edition provides information on the recent legislative changes that have had an impact on the administration of pensions, including the Social Security Act 1990, the European Court's ruling in Barber versus Guardian Royal Exchange, the Data Protection Act 1984 and the Financial Services Act 1986 and 1989.
