Land law and its associated disciplines - trusts, succession and conveyancing - is regarded as one of the mosts complex and demanding subjects encountered by both student and practitioner. Easy access to the relevant statutory provisions is therefore crucial for use in the examination hall, during lectures and tutorials, as well as in professional practice. This text provides the student, teacher and practitioner with a compilation of the relevant sections of the legislation relating to property statutes, arranged in chronological order with extensive cross-referencing and a detailed index. Important legislation incorporated for the first time includes the Landlord and Tenant Act 1988, the Law of Property (Miscellaneous Provisions) Act 1989, the Access to Neighbouring Land Act 1992 and the Charities Act 1992. In addition, some earlier statutes of importance for teaching purposes have been included for the first time, in particular the Commons Registration Act 1965 and the Recognition of Trusts Act 1987.
