Author Bio
Chris Rowley is Professor of HRM and Director of the Centre for Research in Asian Management at City University, UK. He is editor of the leading journal Asia Pacific Business Review and has published widely in the area of Asian business and management with more than 25 books and over 130 articles. Quang Truong is Professor of Organizational Behaviour and Human Resource Management at Maastricht School of Management, the Netherlands. He has written extensively in local and international journals on development matters in Vietnam.
