Joseph O'Connor and Andrea Lages are the co-founders of the International Coaching Community, a worldwide community of over one thousand coaches in 31 countries. They are experienced coaches and have worked in life, business and executive coaching. They are founders of the coaching, training and consulting company Lambent do Brasil, based in Sao Paulo.
