Sara Kirkham is a full-time nutritionist and fitness consultant. She has spent 20 years in the health and fitness industry, developing fitness and running programmes for thousands of people. She is a qualified and registered nutritionist and has written and taught a sports nutrition degree module for Leeds Metropolitan University.
