Carousel Off trots the brave knight (he is the real star) following a humorous narrative that simply races along. This is a wonderful read that is bound to win first place in the bed-time reading stakes. The Lady David Melling's comic tale is a delight in every way. His witty illustrations and gently sardonic text combine with typographical showmanship resulting in a richly enjoyable story which has all the hallmarks of the classic children's picture book.
