Author Bio
Brian Boyd is Professor of Education at The University of Strathclyde. He has previosuly been a teacher of English, a head teacher and Chief Adviser in Strathclyde. He has published widely in the academic press and educational journals, and is a frequent contributor to conferences on a range of educational issues. He is co-founder of Tapestry, an educational organisation whose aim is to promote new thinking about learning and teaching.
