Media Reviews
'Beautiful, exciting, imaginative' -- New York Times 'I found the book fascinating and read it non-stop' -- Chris Bonnington, Daily Mail 'Meticulously researched and fascinating ... she gives us sound evidence for what Neanderthalers ate, how they cooked, how they hunted and made clothes and medicine, how they communicated, what they thought, how they might have believed - but it is a work of the purest imagination for all that' -- Jill Tweedie, Guardian 'A major bestseller ... a remarkable work of imagination' -- Daily Express
