Author Bio
Peter Saunders was a practising obstetrician and gynaecologist for thirty years and a consultant in the NHS from 1974. He was a Fellow of the Royal College of Obstetricians and Gynaecologists and Director of Postgraduate Education at University College London Medical School. He died shortly after completing the updates for this edition.
