  Fast Forward is a ten-unit programme of activities designed to boost the literacy skills of Level 3 attainers up to Level 4. The short activity strands which run through each unit are not only classroom-based but involve purposeful games and challenges. Each unit includes the strands: word builder; detective reader; language workshop; challenge; sentence builder; and writing workshop. Together these seek to provide an incremental development of skills in spelling, vocabulary, writing and reading for Level 4.
