Synopsis

"The Key Facts" series is a powerful revision aid for all Law students and has strong author credentials with a reputation for clarity and accessibility. Over 50,000 titles in the series have been sold since its launch in September 2001. The series is written and edited by an expert team of authors, including examiners, barristers and lecturers, specifically with the student in mind and is suitable for a broad range of law courses. Land Law is a key subject within Law degrees and an essential component in some Business degrees, including Surveying. This second edition has been fully updated following recent changes in the law to meet the current requirements of students. It includes topics such as: land estates and interests in land; the land charges act 1925; registration of title; informal creation of rights in land co-ownership; easements; covenants; mortgages; leases; and adverse possession.

Media Reviews
Not being a specialist in the area of Land Law, I found reading this book particularly interesting. Would it lay firm foundations on which I could build? Key Facts is described as a revision aid but in practice is probably used more by students at the beginning rather than at the end of a course in order to gain an understanding of the concepts of a given aspect of the law from which to move on...

...Have firm foundations been laid? I think so.
