Synopsis

Duncan Cairns, supremely organised Account Director for the chaotic, stuck-in-the-seventies advertising firm of Clancey & Bennett, is so contented with his matt black office equipment and his company BMW that he's never really thought of doing anything else. Until he gets a call from Karen Myhill, head of an independent TV production company. Karen wants Duncan's creativity, and Duncan's tempted. What he doesn't realise is that Karen's son is the product of a union with a man known only as Basket Case - for the wastepaper basket shoved over his head by Karen when interrupted in flagrante. In the close-knit world of the media, this could cause all sorts of problems...
