Bonhoeffer's Heritage

Bonhoeffer's Heritage

by E.H.Robertson (Author)

Synopsis

This is based on an outline of a book by Boenhoeffer which he was unable to complete. The text has now been fleshed out by Robertson who applies his insights to the Church as it faces the end of the 20th century. Bonhoeffer contended that mankind had become increasingly religious. In order to be true to its message the Church must exist to serve others, give away its property to those in need, and that the clergy should find secular occupations. Bonhoeffer left us a significant example in his own life.
