Author Bio
STEPHEN WILMOT is Senior Lecturer in Health Care in the Department of Health and Community Studies at the University of Derby. He has recently completed a research project focusing on practice nurse perceptions of their training needs and he is particularly interested in ethics, social science and health studies, and social psychology.
