Author Bio
HELEN HOLDING spent many years in industry designing and testing new computer systems. These have included a Telephone Billing system, a Centralised Group Pensions system, a Library Control system for BBC Radio and Manufacturing systems. In 1996, she moved into Further Education, working for De Montfort University and Buckingham University, teaching Systems Design Methodologies and Information Systems Development. She is also co-author of Mastering Microsoft Office.
