Cognac: A Liquid History

by Jason Lowe (Photographer), Salvatore Calabrese (Author)

Synopsis

Cognac is considered by many the finest distilled spirit in the world and over the last four years has re-invented its image in its international markets. Cognac evolved with an image of sin and seduction and this book unfolds, decade by decade, its history, secrets and untold stories. The book is split into two parts. The first part explores the rich history of cognac, while the second draws closely on Salvatore's unique tales of fine vintages and celebrations.
