Book Overview: Jane Clarke's individual, holistic approach to nutritional issues has been the hallmark of her highly successful books. This straightforward, accessible guide outlines the core principles underlying her philosophy - that food can be fun, wholesome and one of the most effective natural healers that we possess. She shows how all of us can eat more enjoyably and healthily by understanding and responding to our own body's needs, without resorting to excessive supplements or food fads. She discussed the practical ways in which good food can be a regular part of our lives, however little time we have available, at a time when we are more concerned that ever about the food we consume. In contrast to many ephemeral eating trends, Jane Clarke's common sense and pragmatic vision enables us all to develop a personal nutrition strategy that focuses upon enjoyment and wellbeing.
