Author Bio
Founder and CEO of Giraffe, Russel Joffe has worked in the restaurant sector since 1977. He started his career managing Odette's, Coconut Grove and Langhams Brasserie in London until 1984, when he opened his first restaurant, Le Bistroquet, as well as launching and developing the widely successful Cafe Flo. Russel founded the first Giraffe restaurant in Hampstead in 1998, which has since expanded to more than 25 locations nationwide. Hugo Arnold is a leading menu consultant to restaurant groups and is the author of several food books including THE WAGAMAMA COOKBOOK and WAGAMAMA 2: WAYS WITH NOODLES.
