by Norman Giller (Author), Tom Graveney (Author)
Tom Graveney chooses and analyzes his ten greatest Test teams of the last forty years and compares his selection skills against that of computer ratings, based on hard facts and figures, which rate both the teams and the 106 individual Test cricketers involved. The book includes profiles of the players, summary reports of 50 Test matches and a full assessment of the achievements of each team. Graveney was a top-scoring batsman for Gloucestershire and then Worcestershire, captaining both counties and also playing for England in 79 Test matches. He is now a member of the BBC television commentary team and he has written six books, three of them in partnership with Norman Giller. The latter, a former "Daily Express" sportswriter, has now written more than 30 sports books and writes regularly for television having devised the ITV series "Who's the Greatest?".
